Is there a way to restrict access in Springboard by Business Unit?

Hi!

There is a requirement from our client that they want to restrict/limit/disable the access of a certain Business Unit in a Springboard (Financial Reporting Center). I tried using the EL Expression in the Springboard but I don't know what command will I use to limit the access by Business Unit.
