Summary: We need clarification on the status of the EMPS (Employees) REST API support following recent developments.

We have been utilizing the EMPS REST API for our alert system, and according to the information received, there were indications that Oracle might discontinue support for this API resource. To provide context, I have attached a screenshot outlining the initial notification.

Subsequently, Patch is applied in our lower instances, and upon testing, we found that the EMPS REST API continued to function as expected.

Considering the conflicting information, we are seeking explicit clarification on whether the EMPS REST API will be supported after the 23D update. Our recent tests indicate that it is currently functioning correctly, but we want to ensure that this will remain the case moving forward.
