Why Worklist, Favorite , Watchlist are not visible in Mobile application?

Hello Team,

We want to know is this Expected Behavior or not in Fusion Mobile Application as we are not able to see worklist button, Favorites, watchlist and setting & Action under profile- icon

We are not able to see some icons under Quick action of Me, My team in Mobile application what might be the cause even we turned the app to Mobile enables as yes but still we are not able to see few icons like under Career & Performance, Absence and Expense .

For Instance We are not able to see "Find Best Fit Job" & "Transfer Performance Documents Icon under Me->Quick Action-> Career & Performance
