Person Images Table stores Garbage Value

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a BIP Report that fetches certain person details along with their profile information. This report feeds the output to a third party SFTP server for further processing. When Client uploads their profile picture in HCM, for certain employees their images gets stored as garbage value in base table (PER_IMAGES) and this is impacting our integration behavior. It used to be a Base64 string. Has anyone faced similar issue? Please let me know what could be the cause of this.
