How to get Audit logs for User information in Security Console

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to get audit logs for Oracle fusion security console user information(User Name, First Name, Last Name, Email)

Who is updated

When is updated

What is the old value and what is new value

If anyone has done audit for user information please help me on this and please share if any solutions available for this requirement
