Work Address field as Required in Global Transfer

While doing global transfer bussiness persons are not entering new work address.

So we have a requirement to make work address field mandatory. Even though we made it mandatory using HCM Design Studio and Page composer. It's not throwing error. Just showing a warning message while HR submits global transfer as he is not entered that section.


Can we throw an error message if the HR doesn't enter into that section and clicks on Submit.
