How to restrict project and task to a specific subinventory/locator?

Is it possible to restrict a project and task to a specific subinventory/locator.

For example few items are received into a Subinventory SUB1 and Loactor LOC1 under the project P1 and task T1. We need to restrict the usage of P1 and T1 only to SUB1/LOC1 only unless the items in SUB1/LOC1 is consumed. Once the items are fully consumed from SUB1/LOC1 P1 and T1 can now be used for other Subinventory/Locators
