How to set up a user who can call to exposed SOAP WS in OIC?

Summary:

I need help on setting a user to calling a exposed SOAP WS in OIC;

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I am currently trying to create a SOAP service in OIC, but when I try to make a local call to this service, i receive 401 - Unauthorized error. I know that I have to set up a SOAP Header called security in order to make it work, but I don't know where to set up this user and the exactly usage of it...

I need to integrate a on-premise application to this specific SOAP Service, so I need to know how to set it up.

Howdy, Stranger!
