FCCS Load failures

Summary: Hi We are seeing data load in to FCCS fails. Below is the error message. Can you please help us as this issue is in production?

Error Message: HTTP POST on resource https://<EPM_SERVER>:443/interop/rest/11.1.2.3.600/applicationsnapshots/01_BGD-ACTUAL_ACTUAL_OCT-FY23_RR.txt/contents?extDirPath=inbox/batches/openbatch/ failed: internal server error (500).
