How to display Worker Preferred Name and First Name with condition in Custom Alert

edited Nov 22, 2023 7:20AM in Human Capital Management 7 comments

Summary: We need to use 'Preferred Name' ( Known As) attribute but with the condition, wherein if Preferred Name ( Known As ) is blank it will display first name, else display Preferred Name. How should be the query for that? Below is the current template we have.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Dear ${AlertUtils.userName(RecipientUserName).DisplayName}, --- This is where condition should be.
