Restrict Admin in updating Person management --> Employement updates

we have a requirement where one of the custom roles of HR administrator should not provision admin ability to update, correct, or delete employment records.

My Client groups --> person Management --> Query employee --> Employment page Should be read-only.

This is not a complete view-only role.

As HR admin , he needs to create and maintain Work structure activities
