Webform 2.0 - Period dimension in the rows expands on POV change

Summary:

I have idescendants(YearTotal) in the row of a form with "Start Expanded" unchecked. The webform open with YearTotal collapsed but when I change the POV the form loads with YearTotal expanded.

Has anyone seen this behavior?

Is there a workaround to prevent YearTotal to expand?
