Intransit Transfer Order Rest API

Summary:

We have a need to bring in Intransit Transfer Orders. This means, that we have Transfer Orders in our legacy systems which are shipped but not yet received at the destination. An FBDI used to be there for Transfer order creation which would help us with Creating new Transfer order and Intransit transfer order. But the FBDI doesn't exist any longer. The only REST API or FBDI that exists currently is only for 'Import Supply Order'. I have the pay load of the REST API to create a Transfer Order (Supply Order), but we have a need to update the
