Learner admin created the course but when he tried to search the course, it could not be found at all using all sorts of criteria. The only way to find and access the course is to find an existing learner who is enrolled in the course via Learning Assignment. When learner admin accessed it via that route, he is only able to preview the course and unable to make any edits to the date / offering / title etc.
