BI Publisher reports folder security in HCM Fusion

Hello,

I need help in BI Publisher reports folder security in HCM Fusion.

I need to know if we can achieve a functionality on BIP reports where a developer can view the query of the report from Production however he cannnot edit the report.

Does anyone know which role or priviledges I should be using?
