How can we modify the favicon?

Hi all,


We want to modify the favicon, the logo in the browser tab, we already opened a sandbox and changed in the tool "appearance" the logo, but when we save the changes we made and we refresh the page, we continue to see the original logo and not the one we uploaded. How can we try?
