Testing before transition to HVGOP

Summary:

We're testing HVGOP features in Test environment before moving to Production.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I reviewed several guide documents.

Firstly, we opted for "High-Volume Order Promising" features in the test environment.

I tested the creation of a B2B order process (On-hand reservation --> If no onhand existed, then create a transfer order from another org).

  1. There was no on-hand quantity in the Shipping org.
  2. I created a Misc. Transaction to increase on-hand (+10 qty).
  3. I created a Sales Order with 10 qty and submit the order.
  4. A Transfer Order was generated with 10 qty.

My understanding is that HVGOP considers real-time supply, so it should capture on-hand quantities initially without the need for a refresh/restart process.

Howdy, Stranger!
