How can we highlight LIG column's particular Data cell based on other column value ?

Summary:

We are havinng LIG columns let's say "Material", "Unit Cost" and "Unit Price". "Unit Cost" and "Unit Price" field should have its respective cell highlighted in yellow, with the exception of the following "Material" numbers:

Let's say,

  1. Part1
  2. Part2
  3. Part3


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We can have n number of Material numbers and if we found out that Material column not having the above mentioned values (say if we have Part4), and Part4's "Unit Cost" and "Unit Price" is $0.00, it's cells should be highlithed with yellow.

Could anyone please let us know your suggestions or guidance on this.
