How SSD is calculated when Sourcing rule is not defined & warehouse is passed manually at order line

If the goods are transferred out of warehouse and if sourcing rule is not defined for the same and at time of order creation if organization is passed manually at supply, does system honor only GOP days and give the SSD since sourcing rule is missing?”

I have a use case “Client is getting few items bundled at 3PL which uses SAP platform. So, 3PL is defined as supplier in cloud, but it does not act as actual supplier. So, business receive those bundled items on purchase order and stored at local warehouse.
