Mary (Wife) - 02.Feb.2014

Kevin (Stepson) - 02.Feb.2014

Paul (Son) - 01.Dec.2020

John was terminated on 01.Jun.2021

John was rehired on 01.May.2022 and his dependents has changed:

Mary (Wife) - 02.Feb.2014 (will be deleted due divorce)

Kevin (Stepson) - 02.Feb.2014 (will be deleted due divorce)

Paul (Son) - 01.Dec.2020 (remains the same with all same information)

Anne (New Wife) – 01.May.2022 (will be included during the rehire process)

What happens is that John’s son maintains the same starting date in the HCM as 01.Dec.2020 and considering that John hire date is 01.Jun.2021. This is generating problems is Brazilian Payroll integration and legal report based on the hire process.
