Shipment request released date in table

Hi,

I am trying to get the timestamp when an order has been released to 3PL so when shipment request was run and order line got status interfaced.

I looked in table wsh_delivery_details but I could not find this date. Where can I find this?

And where can I find "pick slip" number or equivalent when using Shipment request to 3PL? is there such a concept when not using pick wave but shipment request?
