Error: Invalid Value Incident Owner - not able to select Incident Owner in HSE

edited Dec 5, 2023 1:05PM in Human Capital Management 17 comments

Summary:

We are unable to select a user in the Incident-Owner drop-down for a safety incident on the Incident Details page. We are getting an error message saying "invalid error." Owners cannot be assigned, which affects the incident notification process.

This error has not happened before. We tried testing using a variety of our HSE managers (all of them have been assigned as incident owners in the past). It is working for 4/13 managers but for the rest, we are getting an error message.
