CCC Timezone and date default options fore everyone in the pod

Summary:

Is it possible to have a default setting for all employees (instead of employees setting their own country, time zone, date format, etc.)? Also, could we have the time zone automatically update based on someone’s location (e.g., if the employee is logging in from an MST location, then their time zone will be in MST)

Also, is it possible to default the date format to MMM/DD/YYYY (Nov 20, 2023; abbreviated month, 2-digit day, 4-digit year) and time to 12 hours (e.g. 1:00 pm) for all notifications and transactions?
