I need logic for old assignments and payroll name, it will be appreciable if you will provide me any sample query.

This is the Requirement

Global Transfers processed in Cloud within the last 4 weeks. The report should contain the following data elements:

1. Life Number
2. Employee Name
3. Assignment Number(s) - terminated and new assignment
4. Payroll Group Old Assignment à Payroll Name? (Old Payroll Name)
5. Payroll Group New Assignment ( New/Current Payroll Name)
6. Business Unit
7. Cost Center à Is it Assignment Costing or ? ( Yes, NVL (Assignment costing Cost Center, Position Costing Cost Center)
8. Start/Effective Date of new assignment
9. Reports To Manager Old Assignment
