ITEM IMPORT FBDI DOES NOT GENERATE ZIP

Hi there. has anyone suffered this error and/or know the cause? An apparently correctly fufilled item import fbdi template does not generate the zip with the csvs. It only generates empty tabs into the template.Please have a look in the attached file to clarify.

Any idea will be appreciated
