Based on Item Code/Brand Captured in DFF/Category users should be creating Transfer Order

Hi,

We are having a scenario with our customer here.

I would like to understand on how can we achieve this business case, below:

Person A should only create Transfer Order which needs to assign him might be using either of attributes as mentioned above and not using other.

Person B should only create Transfer Order which needs to assign him like using only e.g: ABC Categories Items or Item Codes attached.

Is it possible to achieve this business case.?
