Timestamp in Learners Time Zone instead of server time?

Is there a way to change the timestamp is with the learners timezone, instead of the server time zone?

My snippet below is from our TEST instance and we have Redwood enabled. However, it is the same behavior in our Production instanace without Redwood enabled.

I am in EST and completed this at 3:10pm. However, our server is UTC and it shows me as completed at 8:10pm.
