Summary:

SaaS customer who got provsioned a month back is facing an issue with cloud console. When he is trying to login with "Default" type, he can see different SaaS pods under application tab, however when he is selecting on of "Test, Dev or Prod" type during login, Application tab does not show any pod details. Please guide why customer is seeing this behavior and what is the way to solve this?
