Changes made to Job Title while editing a Job in HCM doesn't automatically sync with Position and Job Requisition details. This is resulting in data discrepancy across jobs, positions and job requisitions. We are looking at a solution that would ensure edits made to job title gets updated on position as well as job requisitions created using that position.
What is the best way to have job title in sync across job, position and job requisitions to avoid discrepancies?
