Report showing different output when logging in same environment (With SSO and Without SSO)

Summary:

Background

A customer report is a custom report that shows all parts/items that are appended to a Machine.

Parts/items will be included in the report even when the item has no on-hand quantity.

Current Issue

The user is unable to see the parts that are appended to the machine using the SSO login, however, when user logs in using without SSO the report populates all parts.

Note: User is using the same environment to run the report.

Steps Taken

We have connected with the internal Technical Team, and the compared the SQL. Both SQLs have the same data
