Reporting feasibility in Learn for skill gap and user activity

Hi all,

Client has a requirement where they would want to have a report in Learn module on-

1. Skill gap report - This report should have skill assessment scores and identified skills gaps.
2. User activity metrics- to report on participation in discussions, responses to quizzes in LMS.

Have anyone achieved such requirement. I am not sure what would information we can pull for this requirement.

Any insights are really appreciated.
