Hello

Does anyone have a working .dat file to be able to upload a record for an employee against a Non catalog course.

We want to upload in bulk against employees when they have completed it so it is visible in the 'Record External learning' option.

I have created an item using below:

METADATA|NoncatalogLearningItem|LearningItemNumber|EffectiveStartDate|OwnedByPersonNumber|Title

MERGE|NoncatalogLearningItem|GDPR2023|2023/01/01|123456|GDPR 2023 HT TEST


What fields do I need to use to be visible in the employee record?

I would be grateful for any help on this, or if there is a better way to upload the data, please let me know.
