Customize seniority date rule

Hi Team,

We have a specific User Person Type called NQP under System Person Type - Employee. We want NQP persons to be excluded from the Seniority Date calculation. Is there anyway we can customize the rules to exclude this User Person Type?

We want to keep Fast Formula as a last option because, we have multiple Seniority Date rules. If we exclude NQP person type using FF, then we have to attach this logic to every single rule.

Please assist on priority.
