How to assign existing shipping method to newly created organization?

We have created a new organization and when we are trying to assign existing shipping method system throws below error.

Not allowed to change the account name.Please contact system administrator

Navigation FSM---Manage Carriers, search the Carrier and select the carrier and add new organization.

Please advise how to achieve it.
