"Category Hierarchical Picker" Template for HR Help Desk
Summary:
In reviewing the Field Templates available for HR Help Desk in Visual Builder, I noticed that there was one called "Category Hierarchical Picker" that seemed like it would function different from the "Category Picker Template" that was on the field by default. Switching the field to this template did not seem to change the behavior of the request, it still listed all the categories in alphabetical order. My assumption was that using the Category Hierarchical Picker template would ask the user to first select from a top-level category, then display the child categories for the top-level one.
Has anyone ever used this field, and did you see it functioning the way I assumed it would or did it work differently?
