Customization of Project Status Change Notification

We have a requirement when we submit the project for closure, a notification should be generated and sent to Project Manager for approval. The notification should have information like 'Commitment Amount' and 'Non-Interfaced Asset Lines Amount'. The standard workflow already have the 'Commitment' amount in the financial summary section of the workflow however we need to include ''Non-Interfaced Asset Lines Amount' as well.

Can we achieve this in Fusion itself without PCS involvement?

How Fusion can be linked with PCS and OIC integration to cater this requirement?
