Norwegian number format displaying as text in BI publisher excel output

Hi,

I have a report which displays Amount, Rate and QTY columns (In Norwegian number format i.e., Decimal separator as ',' and thousands separator as '.') as part of the report. Now when I export that excel output it shows as Number stored as text and it comes with that yellow warning in the cell for these 3 columns. I want all these 3 columns number as a number in excel output of Report.

My excel settings also set to Decimal separator as ',' and Thousands Separator as '.'

I tried using the below syntax in the report
