Inventory Movement Requests

Do we have any way to load Movement Requests-

1. we are trying to create Movement request by passing multiple payload but it is not providing proper error for each payload if both the payload is in error state. And also tell us is there any way to create movement request by providing multiple payload at once and also if we are passing multiple payload and one is in error state and another is in success or vice versa, it is not allowing to create a movement request for the success payload. Also do we have any SOAP API to create Inventory Movement Request?
