Summary: The sales order line status is not getting updated to shipped, Incase of multiple shipments for the same item from WMS

We have a business case where the items of the same order line can be shipped through mutiple shipments in WMS. These shipments will be created in third-Party WMS and will be interfaced to Oracle. whenever there are more than 1 shipment is received for the same order line, only the first shipment gets updated back to Order Management, while the rest of the shipments are not getting updated.

for instance, the sales order has an ordered quantity of 10, and if i receive 10 shipments from WMS for each of this qty. The first ship confirmation is interfaced to OM and the line is split into 2. the line with 1 quantity moves to awaiting billing, while the other 9 quanitty is still in awaiting shipping. the 'Send Shipment Advice' is failing for the rest of the 9 shipments.
