Unable to login in to Console without MFA

Summary:

As of this morning we cannot log into the console to provision users without enabling MFA

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have SSO (using OKTA) set up and users are using this to log into the applications - and until this morning my admin account could log in to the cosole using OKTA - my account is federated and unable to store a local password. My one worry about enabling this is whether it will impact the application users - has anyone else come across simlar issues? If so how did you resolve them?
