EL Expression for HR analyst role getting applied on HR Specialist role too

Summary:

I have used below syntax EL Expression for HR analyst role but same changes are getting applied to HR specialist role too.

EL Expression : - #{securityContext.userInRole['Human_Resource_Analyst_View_All']} 

i need to make Absence record page read only for HR Analyst role ONLY. Am i missing something, please suggest
