Is it possible, through the use of DataCube Export Integration, export data that are not present in the process DataColumns?

For example, if I had a "cost VAT" field and I would like to export the sum for bsID, can I make the calculation directrly from DataCube Export or Have I to first create the column on CPQ?

Can this export be online, exporting the file in local on CPQ or do I need a sftp connection?
