Is it possible to assign item master org to the user

Hi,

We want to create two item master in oracle but we want to assign item master orgs different user. When we do this we can obstract users to review or create new items on the each item master organization. For example, we have itemorg1 and itemorg2 so, user1 has to responsible and create new item on the itemorg1. User1 should not be able to access to itemorg2.
