Access to Help Desk via Oracle HCM Mobile App
Summary:
I need to access to HelpDesk Next Gen UI via Mobile App. I have installed HCM Cloud Mobile app and configured the server successfully. I also enableb the Help Desk Mobile UI for Employees doing the steps by following the documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/fusion-service/farhd/enable-the-help-desk-mobile-ui-for-employees.html#s20078533):
- Sign into Setup and Maintenance.
- Search for the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.
- Search for the Profile Option Code: HCM_HD_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED.
- Set the profile option to Yes.
However, I can enter to the HCM Mobile app and access but I am not able to see "HELP DESK" menu.
