We are trying to derive bill rates for individual resources for time debriefed in service logistics

When time is charged to a project from a service logistics debrief (via cost management) we can see the time and the resource that has booked the time. Is it possible to use a non-labor resource rate specific to the resource for this or is it only possible to use the generic expenditure type rate?
