How can I indent embedded Reference Doclet content?

Summary:

When named ranges are embedded from a Reference Doclet into a Word-based Doclet, Narratives require this embedding to occur in a line without content, like <tabs>. Many tables in our financial statements are indented from the left margin by a half-inch to improve readability, see example below. When I set the paragraph properties to left indent of a half-inch, I can still embed the Reference Doclet content, but the left indent is wiped out and the table is placed at the left margin.

It is possible to achieve the left indent by constraining the embedded content within a Word Text Box, but that is additional effort for each table. Is there an easier way to get the displayed output?
