Unable to extract data from FCCS with 4 decimal points

Summary:

We are trying to export data from FCCS to flat file using data target application for particular POV and we have specified data precision and data number of decimals as 4 decimals in source parameters of the Data load rule. However the extracted file is not limiting the decimals to 4 points and it is taking all the decimals. Is there a way we can extract the data by limiting the number of decimals to 4?
