How ship-to-location is getting derived on a supplier operation detail page

Summary:

We have created a work order for OSP item and ship-to-location is not getting derived based on BPA Controls, ship-to-location is getting picked up from Manage Inventory Organization location. But we have a requirement that not all items should have same ship-to-location.

Please let us know where we can maintain individual ship-to-location for particular items.
