Employment Letter generated from Change Assignment Action Type

Looking for solutions to generate an Employment Letter / Variation Letter based on a Change Assignment Action Type.

We understand we have the option to generate HCM letters using the DOR area, however, the solution is disjointed and requires multiple steps. Is there anyway to streamline the process from Manager / HR submitting the Change Assignment - then going through approval - once approved the letter is generated based on an RTF template loaded into HCM - similar to what happens with ORC Offer Letters.

I would be interested to find out more about how others are handling this process.
