Any Rest API to schedule Alert Composers

Problem Statement: After every P2T, the alert schedules ae getting wiped off/not running per schedule in lower pods.

Impact: Requires man hours to reschedule the alerts again.

Ask: Can we schedule alerts via REST API's using some external applications?
